Monday Monday

well, a fun weekend was had by all and sundry.
Saturday was spent doing good things
Morning - Picked up by James to help moving a washing machine.
PM - Had my suit fitting for my ushering duties at a wedding clothier place in Willingham. Managed to stand through a chav-wedding fitting (the bride was being fitted for wearing black, and had skin the colour of badly-painted teak - NOT the wedding I am going to) -
Sunday - tidied house, rang friend to talk about their new-born baby (v.tiny baby) and talked for a while.
watched The Dark Knight last night and had a quiet night in.

The weekends antics

First up -
spent friday helping JP and Diane move house.
saturday - spent saturday getting miffed at my cricket team - we still won with ease
Sunday - went to the flicks to see the Indy film - not bad, a little overblown but on the whole good entertainment

saturday morning

After another ridiculously shit week at work the weekend has arrived.
things of note.

First of all - MOTOGP is back! - i love the bike racing. Hopefully with enough money saved it's plane to Valencia at the end of the season to see the final race. I'm looking forward to watch James Toseland race. should be fun.

Secondly - the hair-bear-bunch man took a hat-trick against the Kiwis - that said, i wtill think the test will be a draw.

Thirdly - Scotland vs England today - if it rains, England play shit at Murrayfield. Come on you English Roses.

Other than that - it's Liverpool v Newcastle today - currently Liverpool could play their Under 15 side and they'd still give the Toon a humping. Here's hoping it's not that bad - or Rafa decides to rest everybody. If nothing else, a few women at work will be happy on monday.

Allez le Rosbifs!

France 13-24 England.
Ha ha ha.
Now in order to stop the Taffs winning the thing I would have been happy for France to beat England, but I am really happy that England won. I love Paris in the spring and I am sure that French women are generally better looking than their English counterparts - that said, I am a carcrash victim looking bloke so I can't comment on what the ladies think of me.
The Vin was definitely flowing freely last night and this morning. heh heh heh.

and yes, I am well aware that the toon Lost 5-1 to the Manc Scum. Can't win 'em all.

also, the supreme victory of my team was confirmed this week. Have a look at the above photo. You reckon I should have it tattooed onto my body somewhere? btw - the shield is currently resting against the right-hand speaker of my stereo.
The winning team need to have all of the plaudits. I scored the league-winning runs (a nice stroke through the off side cover region to be exact).
