Still, went paintballing in Thetford Forest on sunday - it was awesome. Muddy and fun.

Well, it's Tuesday and I am back at work.
Had a weekend away in Bremen - I loved it there and I really want to live there at some point in my life - Germany makes the UK look horrific.
This week looks like it will be fun - busy deadlines and not fun (again).
My cousin Joe is apparently coming to stay for a night, but will let me know closer to the time.
it's the end of season do for the cricket club on friday - woooo - the only senior team within the club to win their league (Kudos).
Another long weekend in the offing - lovely.

Oh, and my fucking Xbox 360 got the dreaded 3 rings of death - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
oh well, I'll just have to watch dvd's or actually have a life in the evenings.

Tuesday missives

Well, after a weekend characterised by drinking and making inappropriate comments to women it's back to work time for a whole 3 days (away this weekend, back Tuesday!).
This week doesn't look like it's going to be fun - work wasn't fun last week and isn't looking like fun so far this week.
other than above it's busy time - deadlines looming and my particular departments tend to put in a lot of work at this time.
still, shortened week is a good thing.

for those of you (Mosh) who tried to guess my "guess what it is" post below - It's a tumble dryer from a launderette. Another one will come soon.

Sat at my desk and had a look around the office. There is a large picture of a baby on one of the walls -- it's one of the girls from her birthday party at the weekend
today being the first day of October we are due a visit by our new director - hopefully he'll realise pretty early on that all of the damage done by our acting director over the last year can be reversed pretty easily - otherwise the next few months are going to be interesting.
