Addiction...........sort of

I always looked down on addicts. Now I know how hard it is once you get hooked on something. In my case it's painkillers. I have found myself taking more and more ibruprofen and aspirin for my knee problem. I have taken the step of going cold turkey this morning. Partly because I seem to be taking far too many, and also because they seem to have stopped working - possibly to taking too many.

hopefully I won't be too pissed off at people.
