Contention

I may in the past have bitched about the fact that we have no goddam bandwidth between 5.30ish (when I get home) and 10pm (everybody goes to sleep) every week night.

Apparently it is because BT did the broadband connection on the cheap, and whenever somebody else is on the net in our street and the two nearby streets we get no bandwidth.

I am on the web tonight and the people most on the web all the time are out of the country. Coincidence?????
