update
Just a quickie here - sorry for not posting for a while - been a tad distracted.
One is moving house at the end of the month so my nights are now filled with minutae of a different kind - will start to get more posts in when I am settled in new place.

You know it - actually that's not true - being a coward means that I can look menacing, but when the fists fly I am usually looking for a way out of the fighting
