Pictures of blood

as promised earlier at some point - have some photos of the bloody bandages on my knee after the op. All is well now, i still have the odd cracking noise and soreness to put up with; but it's fine - I now walk to and from work every day - about 5 miles.

Thoughts

Just had some news that has thrown me for a loop.
soory been away for a while - living with crippling depression seems to mean that i don't want to post at all. I'll try to post some coherent thoughts after tomorrow.
